Most of the list of voice records is grayed out

The voice record list is greyed out containing records from an android. The time played and total time of record all say 00:00/00:00 but the amount of data they say the file contains is not 0B but different numbers indicating that something is...

I have a oppo a 93 phone, kidlogger was working partially, but the telehone upgradevto Android 11 and kidlogger not working, when are you going to upgrade your software of kidlogger. thanks

Install the newest version of KidLogger PRO (1.6.178)
In case of incorrect configuration, it will inform you in the activity log. It also will inform you if this phone does not support the "Voice recognition" feature.

Camera and microphone that won't turn off.

We tested KidLogger for Windows (portable version) without camshots and microphone. We added KidLogger working folder to the list of exclusions of the Bitdefender. There were no warnings from the Bitdefender. Try to add the KidLogger working folder to the list of exclusions.

whatsapp record problem [partially solved]

i cannot see whatsapp text writings on log. Kids are always using whatsapp and is it not possible to see what they are writing?

Dear customer,
Install and activate please RalkBackTS_4.apk from Kidlogger PRO package. It is suitable for Android 4.0 and newer.
Open Android settings, Accessibility, TalkBAckTS->ON.
It must record incoming and outgoing text messages.
