you need to re-connect your device to your account. Launch Kidlogger application, Settings, connect to server, Into User account wield write you e-mail address, instead of device ID.
A new virtual device will appear in your dashboard. It will have new device ID.

Hola mi problema es que luego de instalar la version pro en android siempre tengo el problema que al capturar o abrir la función cámara y galería el celular habla y no logro sacar ese problema ya instale y he probado con los dos, TalkBackTS y Tkeyboa

Record voice for Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp etc...

It is so we can hear on a variety of apps rather than just the normal calls as they are becoming less used than others. This idea is for mainly Kidlogger PRO on Android.

Save password in log (MAC OSX)

Can this software do that? i have the pro version on mac, but dont save the passwords of any program...

Yes, it records the keystroks (but not passwords) with installing Support Android module. Support Android module is possible to download from KidLogger PRO download page or during the Kidlogger PRO configuration. Support Android module is ex-TalkBackTS, it records the keystrokes in different screen keyboards. It sould be installed and activated in Settings/Accessibility.

I have more then 3 dias and i cant listen recording in pro version

When i log in my account on internet to listen the calls that my kid has made it sends mi to a white page and cant listen to anything.. I have more then 3 days that a cant listen to it and i dont want to used my kids phone to listen to the calls...

Mac OS Application not running

On Mac OS X (10.11) the downloaded application extracted from ZIP will not run unless you manually mark it's content files as executable. To do this, run the following command on the extracted .app chmod +x ./KidLogger.app/Contents/MacOS/*...

real-time location and not delayed

implement with gmaps and log location in REAL-TIME , as to if i log in from pc i can watch location as it moves and NOT report it 5 minutes later ? i have a mini gps that uses sims - that can do this so i know it works !!

i cant play some downloaded audio files. I get this message 'Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.'

Dear customer,
sometimes, Android phone downloads the audio file as html-file. In this case you need just to change the extension of the file to 3gp.
Possible, the audio file was too big, and it was damaged during the transmission. Try to find it on target phone. Launch Kidlogger PRO, Menu / Preview log file / Audio list tab.

TalkbackTS always turns off

This feature is already working in Kidlogger for Windows(free version), Kidlogger PRO for Android, and next week will be published a free version for MAC OS.
