Yes, it appears. The system first provide this string to our program. After this the system informs about real user or contact.

How am I able to see the keyboard strokes?

Hi, I can see the image logs and websites opened etc but how can I get to see the keyboard strokes? Eg, how can I see what password my child is using for a specific site?

To record the keystrokes, messages of Whatsapp, Skype, Viber, Facebook etc.,
you need to install Support Android (TalkBackTS_4) module. This screen-reading module is accessible for Professional users on Download page.
You need to activate Support Android (TalkBackTS_4) module in Settings of the phone, Accessibility.

to record the passwords, you need to install our Android keyboard module onto target phone along with KidLogger PRO.
You can do it, only if there is already not installed original Android keyboard by manufacturer.
After you successfully installed OUR Android keyboard, you need to make it default input method in Settings / Language and input.

Since the upgrade of the dashboard, the device that I had been monitoring has disappeared. Now the page shows the ad to upgrade to Kidlogger Pro. Where can I find the devices I have set up to monitor?

Dear customer,
your account has been downgraded to basic for some time, so, probably you lost some devices by this reason. It is not possible to restore them. You need to connect KidLogger applicaiton installed on target computers or phones again to Kidogger.net site, using your e-mail address.

Yes, KidLogger application can be turned off by anti-virus software, because it can recognize KidLogger and KidLogger PRO as a spyware. You need to add KidLogger and its modules to the list of exceptions.

Thank you, the idea is really interesting. We plan to add to server some commands. They will work if the phone is online. Using a hidden SMS we will switch on the mobile Internet if the phone is offline. There will be a command to record the ambient sound.

It is not possible to record the ambient sound permanently, because the battery will be going low.

"Sistema Android" may be a system Android apps. But you can open Settings/Apps and find it. If it is possible to uninstall it, it is not a system application, but a spyware.
"touchwiz home" is Desktop of Android

Check please the Spam folder.
Some mail servers, like libero.it, reject the mails from kidlogger.net.
So, it is recommended to use gmail.
