1. If you have a credit card, you can select 2chekout payment system, fill out all the fields, and, on next page you can insert the data from your credit card.
2. If you want to pay with PayPal: On purchase page select 2chekout Payment System.

on https://www.2checkout.com/checkout/purchase insert all necessary information and click 'continue to payment method'. Here you can find PayPal.
3. If you have neither credit card, nor PayPal, you can pay with bank check prepayment:
On purchase page select share-it payment system, insert necessary information, Proceed, Checkout,
On next page select 'Check Prepayment' from 'payment type' list. Click Next. Click Order on next page.
Click 'Print order confirmation'. Go with this document to the nearest bank and pay with it.

First, you need to register on our server. If you already have done it, log in your user account and go to Download page. If your account is Standard or Professional, you must see PRO Kidlogger applications. If somthing is wrong, use our contact form below this forum.

For paid users we can offer Kidlogger RPO for Android, that is missing in user menu, but visible in installed applications, with changed name.

If an audio record can not be heared, possible, it was damaged during the transmittion. Try to find it on target phone: Kidlogger PRO, preview log file, Audio list tab.

Android Keyboard has support of Ucrainian language. Another keystroke-recording module records all the languages. If your phone doesn't have Ukrainian language in its interface, you must re-install Android on it.

It is impossible to change application name there. Try to use KidLogger PRO for Windows.

Below this forum you can find our contact form. Use it to report the problem. Explain please more detailed, when appears the error, what is on the screen, what type of phone do you have.

Find installation package of KidLogger PRO or download it again. Run Clean.bat file as administrator. Both KidLogger PRO folder (if you didn't moved it) and it's settings in registry will be deleted. If you have changed any settings for other user from his account, repeat this procedure from user account.

KidLogger for iOs can record only GPS coordinates:

'Location' function must be switched on in settings of the phone. Coordinates must be switched on in Settings of KidLogger. (By default it is switched off).
But you will know, where your child was been today, only when his phone connects to Wi-Fi. If you want to know where he is now, switch on mobile data usage(mobile internet). Install the limits for other applications to use mobile internet.

No, after the upgrading, you must connect Kidlogger application, working on your real devices again to your account on Kidlogger.net. Launch it, Settings, Connect to account, write your e-mail address instead of device ID.
