you need to uninstall Kidlogger application from the computer and remove all traces of it from the registry. Run regedit application (Win+R, regedit, ok)
Find and delete all Kidlogger folders from the registry (ctrl+f to find, F3 to continue searching).
Now, to install Kidlogger application again, run monitoring_agent.exe as administrator. Every time when you want to change the settings of the application, you need to run is as administrator (right click -> run as administrator)

The text recording - is an experimental feature, it is under development now. Some errors are possible to appear.
Some text is impossible to read, because it was written with non-English letters, or encoding of this text was different from those, installed on target computer.
When a user types uppercase letters, digits, text on another language, the first letter after this may be missed.
We continue to improve this feature and apologize in advance for errors.
Hope, 60-80% of test is possible to read.
If you want to know the password,
1. In log view select keyboard from filter types.
The keystrokes are highlighted.
2. read the name of the application, facebook for example.
3. first a user types the beginning of his name or e-mail address. After this he writes the password.

1. Pro version can use its own keyboard application, and it provides to record all the text,including passwords. But it is optionally, you can install another keystroke-recording module, which doesn't require to change keyboard. But last one doesn't record the password.
2. Kidlogger PRO records data and stores it in device memory. The period of storing is possible to make up to 10 days.
3. Kidlogger can record only GSM calls into audio files.
4. It is impossible to change the direcories where kidlogger stores all data, but it is very difficult to find it.

On Mac OS you must strat Activity Monitor, find and stop Kidlogger process.
After this uninstall Kidlogger application and install it again.

there are many causes, when Kidlogger stops working.
1. Phone overloading;
2. Incompatible software: antiviruses, cleaners;
3. Old versions of Kidlogger were not uninstalled;
4. Broken Android settings;
5. Broken Android configuration.
Usually we recommend to uninstall or disable incompatible software, or add Kidlogger to their list of exceptions.
In other cases we recommend to clean up the phone or make a factory reset. After the reset it is necessary to install Kidlogger and its modules again. Usually after the reset it is working good.
