Is it a Windows or an Android device?

In Windows, macOS, Ubuntu it logs the time spent on each website.
In Android, it only lists the visited sites.

To hide the icon of Kidlogger application on Android, you must uninstall Kidlogger parental control (V1.5) and install Kidlogger PRO(V1.6). It is accessible only for Standard and Professional users.
Kidlogger for iOs is impossible to hide, because PRO version for iPhone does not exist now.

this is impossible to record, because when the phone is locked some its functions does not work, including monitoring agent.

It is impossible to hear audio files directly from our server. You need to download it to PC and hear, using Windows media player with special codecs installed. (You can use k-lite codec pack or so).
Sometimes, when a user downloads 3gp files to a phone or tablet, it is downloaded as html-file. You must change its extension to 3gp.
For example:
out_mama_08_01_15__16_55.html -> out_mama_08_01_15__16_55.3gp

After the upgrading, you can download all saved history of log files in backup section. But deleted files it is not possible to retrive.

Launch Kidlogger application on target phone or computer, open its settings, connect to Kidlogger.net option. Here you can see either 'device ID' or "user account" field. On Android, Windows and Mac devices write here your e-mail address and click "connect to account". On other platforms write here the ID of virtual device, previously created in your dashboard on Kidlogger.net server.

In Program files/Kidlogger folder remains empty 'logs' folder. And in registry remain three empty Kidlogger folders.

Kidlogger application starts automatically. You don't need to log on or start it manually.

Hidden versions are only for Windows and Android. If you mean KidLogger PRO for Android, you need to uninstall simple KidLogger application from target phone or tablet and install PRO version. Login your user account from target device, open download page and download KidLogger PRO. The link to a manual is nearby.

1. every time, when you set up, or launch it, this application must be started as administrator (right click-> run as administrator);
2. When you have installed it, restart your computer. It must show the notification about Kidlogger PRO(another name). You must let it start the application and configure it not to show this notification again. Log in your child's account on computer and do the same;
3. Configure antiviruses to ignore Kidlogger PRO and all its modules.(in working folder these modules have exe and dll extensions).

TalkBackTS must not be in notification bar by default. This phone has its own configuration of Android system, and probably, in its Settings, Accessibility, there is an option, which switches off the notifications on main window.
