the device appears online, but when entering the activity logs, 500 server error occurs. as I fix this? I have no access to this device.

Dear customer,
Login please your user account and go to Support page. Under this forum you can find our conact form. Use it to report the issue. It helps us to find your folder on server and understand the problem. If you have Standard or PRO account, you can download log file from backup section.
