Dear customer,
There may be several causes, when KidLogger PRO shows this message in log file and doesn't working correctly:
1. Some incompatible applications are installed on target phone/tablet: Antiviruses, memory cleaners, optimizers. If you see such application, try to add KidLogger PRO to its list of exceptions, if it is impossible, uninstall this application.
2. The phone is overloaded with applications. No free memory to launch KidLogger services and processes. Uninstall some big programs or perform a factory reset of the phone(Settings, Backup and reset, factory reset). After the reset you must install KidLogger PRO and its modules again.
3. The KidLogger -family application is installed, parallel with KidLogger PRO: KidLogger 1.4-1.5 parental control, StaffCounter, aQooQoo application. Uninstall it, and re-start the monitoring in KidLogger PRO.
4. If after factory reset of the phone, you have correctly installed KidLogger PRO, and this problem persists, this version of Android is incompatible with KidLogger PRO. Android OS is open-source free operation system for mobile platforms, and every manufacturer can change it and reduce the configuration. This device is incompatible with KidLogger PRO and many other applications from Google Play Market.
