No logging after first restart following installation PRO for Windows

For some reason Kidlogger for Windows (PRO version) only logs the activity on the PC after install. As soon as the computer is restarted nothing is added to the log. Even after stopping and restarting the program. What can be the cause of this?

Happened on 2 different computers.

Dear customer,
1. every time, when you set up, or launch it, this application must be started as administrator (right click-> run as administrator);
2. When you have installed it, restart your computer. It must show the notification about Kidlogger PRO(another name). You must let it start the application and configure it not to show this notification again. Log in your child's account on computer and do the same;
3. Configure antiviruses to ignore Kidlogger PRO and all its modules.(in working folder these modules have exe and dll extensions).
