Status: File: Error:Connection Error

I cannot connect to user account either i dont know the procedure to add email

Dear customer,
Launch Kidlogger application on target phone or computer, open its settings, connect to Kidlogger.net option. Here you can see either 'device ID' or "user account" field. On Android, Windows and Mac devices write here your e-mail address and click "connect to account". On other platforms write here the ID of virtual device, previously created in your dashboard on Kidlogger.net server.

Have you solved this problem yet?
I have the same problem. Sometimes is Error: BAD_DEV, sometimes is Error: Your account has been blocked, please contact to your Administrator.
I have already tried with 3 devices and reinstalled so many times but get same result. This problem does not happen with free version.
But now i solved it and do not know exactly reason. Follow my steps, that all things i did:
1. Application setting ==> Clear cache and data ==> Uninstall Kidlogger and Tackback.
2. Install Kidlogger
3. Restart your device
4. Install Talkback ==> On talkback in access setting.
5. Launch Kidlogger, do not enter email at the outside screen
6. Go to setting ==> enter your email in connection.
7. Test connection.
8. Im using Android 5.0 and Kidlogger pro 1.6.72
I will test with more device, and feedback later

Dear cutomers.
Install please the latest version of Kidlogger PRO, 1.6.72
When you write your e-mail address, pay attention on auto-correction, it may change your text.
