If I upgrade to paid version, can I see deleted historical logs (e.g., from 2 weeks ago)?

Dear customer,
After the upgrading, you can download all saved history of log files in backup section. But deleted files it is not possible to retrive.
Idea status: under consideration

If i upgrade from basic to standard, do i have to reinstall?

No, Standard account doesn't provide you to download PRO version. Only if you upgrade to Professional, you can download PRO versions.
