Yes, it doesn't record gsm call and photos by technical reasons.

the issue is it doesn't do anything on android 10. it doesn't record keystrokes properly, it doesn't take screenshots at all in snapchat or facebook, it only gets 60% of text conversations. if it was only not recording calls that wouldn't be that big of a deal but it is 90% broken at this point. when will it be fixed??????
On some phones with Android 10 it works partially. For example it records the log of calls, apps, SMS and text messages. Use please Support page and contact form to report the issue.
