Windows PC logs while on other networks

Does Kidlogger Pro Windows work if my child takes her laptop and uses it on her school network? I am seeing no logs for the days she should be doing work at school.

Dear customer,
chool network should have free access to Internet. KidLogger.net site should not be in black list of school netwark.
