full screenshot not saved

In windows with latest version screenshot captures are not 100% of screen, the right part of the screen is not captured... the screen is cropped. I don't know if screenshot capture is for entire screen or just using application, but it does not capture all the screen. I use in Windows 10 home acer laptop FHD 16:9 screen.
