Turning system settings on/off

Hey... i have an idea, and i think its a good one...
If A user turns things on or off, like the GPS(most important one, because wifi location isent that accurate), or switches to a new keyboard.
OR installs a new program, like a chat thats not covered by KD/KD PRO, i would like to know what it installs instead of the message "Google play services"
Same with status message "android-system", what is he or she doing with the system...
