No Incoming Emails (need inc email address in log too) and need incoming Facebook/Whatsapp Names

When the phone opens an email its not shown in the log files on the site, I can see the email typed in reply to an email. My main concern is I can not see the incoming emails and my child is reading-replying-deleting-emptying delete folder so there's no traces (tried to "un delete" feature on Hotmail but hardly ever recovers emails).

Also I'm seeing the emails/messages/facebook messages etc typed like this:
In Facebook messenger :

Not wanting to change the keyboard as it looks horrible on the phone and is easily changed to bypass detection.

Also all messages like Facebook messages show "in" rather than in out along with no names in the message title so they could be talking to anyone. Please fix this.

My main concern is the email's not showing in / name and Facebook in name.

As I understand, you need Facebook messages, Hotmail e-mail messages and names of the authors. It is clear. Thank you for idea.

Seen a lot of "under consideration" stuff, Hope I do not have to go back to the brand I moved here from. Wanting to support you and have done for months. I have seen 1 update since I moved here yet the "other brand" now has :

All nicely presented online where as with KidLogger theres stuff missing like I mentioned above. Will not be buying KL until these are improved upon and might aswell just stick with my previous brand.

No, Facebook message are already working, just the chat has no names just a message with Facebook message with a In before it (even if its sent). Emails do not show when opening just when replying/sending in a reply. Would be nice to see alot more updates to compete with other products of a similar fashion. Just reinstalled on a new device and its not longer doing this

typing but recording stuff sent fine as far as I can tell.

Also the list I posted were options in the control panel on the site, each one of those would be clickable and you would see the information regarding it shown. Very nice clean presentation.
