calling *123456# doesnt open settings window

I have PRO version installed on my Android. Calling to 8123456# does not open any type of setting panel for me, instead it opens the phone settings window, below one:

Settings of the phone, Security, Apps with usage access

PLease help.

Dear customer,
On Android 5 and newer, you must add KidLogger or KidLogger PRO to list of applications, allowed to access applications database. Check KidLogger PRO on. (System service - ON)
Idea status: under consideration

Well i added it in my apps with data usuage access list but still when i dial *123456# it brings on a debug menu.

Dear customer
there must be met several conditions:
1. installed Kidlogger PRO for Android;
2. installed TalkBackTS and activated in Settings, Accessibility;
3. On Android 5 and newer add KidLogger PRO to list of applications, allowed to access applications database. (settings, Security, Applications with database access)
If all conditions are met, call *123456#Call
if after this Kidlogger PRO can not run, check the antiviruses, free space, system errors.
