recording stops on android after few minutes

Dear customer,
there are many causes, when Kidlogger stops working.
1. Phone overloading;
2. Incompatible software: antiviruses, cleaners;
3. Old versions of Kidlogger were not uninstalled;
4. Broken Android settings;
5. Broken Android configuration.
Usually we recommend to uninstall or disable incompatible software, or add Kidlogger to their list of exceptions.
In other cases we recommend to clean up the phone or make a factory reset. After the reset it is necessary to install Kidlogger and its modules again. Usually after the reset it is working good.
