I forgot the password and didnt registered

I applied a password to kidlogger and i forgot it and didnt put an email, im using mac for this

Dear customer,
On Mac OS you must strat Activity Monitor, find and stop Kidlogger process.
After this uninstall Kidlogger application and install it again.
Idea status: under consideration
