Windows keystroke logging

I am using Kidlogger 5.9 (free version).
I have noticed that some keystrokes are recorded as unknown letters/signs, especially inside password typing. Those recorded keystrokes looks like this in htm format:
Because its a password, I do need the exact keyword that has been typed.
I have tried different ways to "decrypt" that keystroke and none of them has work: opening htm doc with different editors (Dreamweaver, Notepad, Notepad ++, different PDF viwers, text editors, etc.).
I have tried also to type every single key from the PC keyboard, but no such sign/letter has show up in keystroke log.
Also, I have tried different keys combination (like ctrl+whatever): doesn't work as well.

This is why I need your help: what letter/sign/combination is this: ?

Thanks a lot for helping me.

Dear customer,
The text recording - is an experimental feature, it is under development now. Some errors are possible to appear.
Some text is impossible to read, because it was written with non-English letters, or encoding of this text was different from those, installed on target computer.
When a user types uppercase letters, digits, text on another language, the first letter after this may be missed.
We continue to improve this feature and apologize in advance for errors.
Hope, 60-80% of test is possible to read.
If you want to know the password,
1. In log view select keyboard from filter types.
The keystrokes are highlighted.
2. read the name of the application, facebook for example.
3. first a user types the beginning of his name or e-mail address. After this he writes the password.
Idea status: under consideration
