yes, this problem exists. In Android 10 no applicaiton can record a call into audio file.

To view the log files on your BlackBerry 9900 please, open application - choose Preview log files.
To see the log files from your kidlogger account:
1 Log in
2 Add device, fill in device ID in your phone (Settings)
3 Press test - receive OK.
4 Now your phone is connected to the server and ready to upload log files.

We need a keyboard applicaiton with emloji, with open source, to re-write it it to record the keystrokes. Unfortunately, all the keyboards we know, are not open-source. Only original Android keyboard is open-source, and we could do it to record the keystrokes.

Yes, it doesn't record gsm call and photos by technical reasons.

Users with Professional account can download and install Kidlogger PRO application, that is working in stealth mode without any icon on screen.
You need to uninstall simple Kidlogger for Android, then log in your user account on Kidlogger.net service, page Download. Here you can find a link to download Kidlogger PRO application.

There may be several causes, when KidLogger PRO shows this message in log file and doesn't working correctly:
1. Some incompatible applications are installed on target phone/tablet: Antiviruses, memory cleaners, optimizers. If you see such application, try to add KidLogger PRO to its list of exceptions, if it is impossible, uninstall this application.
2. The phone is overloaded with applications. No free memory to launch KidLogger services and processes. Uninstall some big programs or perform a factory reset of the phone(Settings, Backup and reset, factory reset). After the reset you must install KidLogger PRO and its modules again.
3. The KidLogger -family application is installed, parallel with KidLogger PRO: KidLogger 1.4-1.5 parental control, StaffCounter, aQooQoo application. Uninstall it, and re-start the monitoring in KidLogger PRO.
4. If after factory reset of the phone, you have correctly installed KidLogger PRO, and this problem persists, this version of Android is incompatible with KidLogger PRO. Android OS is open-source free operation system for mobile platforms, and every manufacturer can change it and reduce the configuration. This device is incompatible with KidLogger PRO and many other applications from Google Play Market.

If you mean simple Kidlogger for Android, or Kidlogger PRO, you can install another application, which prevents the user from The launching of Settings application.
We provide Patental Time Control application for Android, With this program you can disallow a user to launch some applications, inclusive the Settings of the phone.

Kidlogger and Kidlogger PRO for Windows may be detected as a spyware by the System or anti-virus software. You need to add it to list of exceptions. Kidlogger PRO for Windows for first time may ask your consent. You must log in as your child and answer Yes and "never ask it again".

It sends the data to server, as usual.
Anyway, it is a good idea, we'll try to implement it in future versions.

Unfortunately, now it is not possible to disallow a child to close KidLogger applicaiton using activity monitor. But the monitoring will be started again in next session. You can try to find an applicaiton, which disallows a user to launch some other programs.

In your case, probably some antivirus application has stopped the work of kidlogger app.

Another case - multiple installation. If there was an installation, deinstallation of Kidlogger application, installation of hidden version, installation of Staffcounter application, there may be traces in the registry.
Uninstall please Kidlogger application, run regedit application, find all Kidlogger folders in registry and delete it.
Login as your child and run regedit application from there. find and delete all Kidlogger folders.
Now you can install and configure new copy of Kidlogger.

Launch Finder application, find Kidlogger in the list of installed applications. Make a right-click on its icon, select Show package contents. open Contents folder, Resources, select Logs folder.
Make a right-click on it and select Get Info.
Expand the group Sharing & Permissions, clicking on the triangle. Install the privilege Read & write for all the users.
